Freshwater Commissioner

Antoine is a Māori resource management specialist with expertise in Māori cultural impact and values assessment, cultural and historic heritage planning, and community engagement. He is a co-director of a heritage and environmental consultancy working across government, local government, and private sectors. Antoine is an experienced accredited Commissioner (Chair) who has considered the National Policy Statements, freshwater plans, and consent proposals and a recipient of the Nancy Northcroft Planning Practice Award, the NZ Planning Institutes supreme award for excellence in planning practice.
