Sheena is a consultant and barrister providing professional advice primarily focusing on kaupapa Māori, encompassing law and environmental policy and planning. She is frequently appointed to hear and decide applications for resource consent, notices of requirement and plan changes of both regional and national significance. Sheena has vast experience as a lecturer and consultant specialising in Treaty issues, resource management and Māori land law and brings a Te Ao Māori perspective to her work.
